Why Evil Seems to Pay Faster Than Good in Our Generation

There’s something painful but true about our time: evil seems to pay faster than good. We live in a generation where corruption is smart, fraud is fashionable, and morality is mocked. Ungodly living, internet fraud, political corruption, prostitution, greed, and deceit have now become paths that seem to lead people straight into wealth and fame. Those who try these ways often see instant results — and because it works, they convince others to join. Before long, it becomes a trend. And now, it’s almost as if there are no consequences anymore. When Religion Lost Its Focus Many of us were raised in deeply religious homes, taught to fear God and to love our neighbors as ourselves. That early training became our first knowledge, our conscience. But along the way, something shifted. A lot of modern religious leaders now preach a diluted grace , giving false hope instead of solid truth. They teach people to wait for miracles, but not to work with faith. They ask for offerings, but rarely...

When Faith Meets Ambition: How Religion Shapes (and Sometimes Limits) Our Path to Success

I was raised in a deeply Christian home, one where faith wasn’t just something we practiced on Sundays; it was the foundation of our lives. From an early age, I was taught to pray before decisions, respect everyone, and put others first. That moral compass became my first education my conscience. But as I grew older and began chasing bigger dreams, especially financial ones, I started noticing something: some of the same values that shaped me also seemed to hold me back from taking the bold, sometimes uncomfortable steps success demands. Let’s be honest, becoming a  billionaire , not just a millionaire, often requires tough and seemingly selfish decisions. You have to say “no” when people expect “yes.” You have to let go of things (and sometimes people) who slow you down. You have to choose discipline over emotion. Yet, as someone raised with deep Christian ethics, I often ask myself:  How do you fire an employee without feeling guilty?  How do you compete ruthlessly in b...

The Currency of Leadership: Why Followers Trade Their Present for the Promise of Hope

The relationship between a leader and their followers is often analyzed through the lenses of strategy, performance, or charisma. Yet, at its deepest level, this relationship is rooted in something far more fundamental: Hope. Followers do not merely sign up for a project or a quarterly goal; they sign up for a journey from point 'A' their current reality, with all its challenges and limitations to point 'B' a desired future state of growth, security, and fulfillment. The leader's primary value is their ability to convincingly draw the map, carry the torch, and embody the belief that this future is achievable. The moment hope dies, the gravitational pull of the leader fails. The hope a leader offers is a powerful, emotional contract: "Journey with me, and I will lead you to where you ought to be." This promise elevates mere management into genuine leadership. 1. The Qualities of a Leader Who Projects Hope A leader cannot simply talk about hope; they must ...

The Hidden Currency of Leadership: Trust

When we think about leadership, our minds often jump to words like vision, strategy, or results. These are important, but they are not the true foundation of leadership. The real currency of leadership — the one that determines whether people will follow you with their hearts or simply comply with their duties, is trust. Without trust, the brightest vision is ignored, the best strategies collapse, and even the most impressive results are short-lived. With trust, however, leaders can move people beyond obligation into ownership, turning teams into communities and goals into shared missions. Trust Is Built in the Everyday Many people imagine that trust comes from big speeches or defining moments. But in reality, trust grows in the small, often unnoticed actions of daily leadership. It’s in the way a leader keeps their word even in little things. It’s in the patience to listen when others are speaking. It’s in the humility to say, “I was wrong.” And it’s in the consistency of showing up, ...

Why I Chose a Life of Impact Over Comfort

Many people chase comfort, but I chose impact. My journey has never been about taking the easy road, it has been about building platforms that outlive me, shaping leaders, and giving hope to people who feel forgotten. I started as a digital creator, driven by curiosity and the need to tell stories differently. That grew into  Amen Digital , a creative platform that helps people see possibilities through media. But my calling didn’t stop there. I realized that people need more than content they need  hope and opportunity . That inspired me to direct  HOPENET (Hope Ambassador Network) , a movement dedicated to empowering young people and communities. Along the way, I launched the  Momentum Leadership Conference , a gathering designed to equip leaders with the skills, courage, and vision to transform their world. And I am now working on my dream project, the  Amen Center for Skill Acquisition, Entrepreneurship & Rural Development  — a hub that will empower...
